Workshops for Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) Grant Applications

Image of Butterfly Conservation quote

Following the success of our previous training workshops we are offering future one day training workshops on:

  • Thursday 20 May 2010
  • Tuesday 7 September 2010
  • Tuesday 7 December 2010

The workshops will be held in London at the Association of Charitable Foundations (ACF) offices, 5 minutes walk from Euston Station.

Designed specifically to help organisations wishing to improve their chances of securing a Landfill Communities Fund (LCF) grant, we will provide training covering all categories under the LCF, specialising in biodiversity projects.

GrantScape is a leading environmental grant-making charity, with over ten years’ experience of regulated grant-making. In this time, we have awarded over £65 million in LCF grants, of which over £8 million has gone to large and small nature conservation projects. The largest grants have primarily been awarded through our well-established Biodiversity Challenge Fund.

The LCF is a fantastic source of funding in the UK. However, there are particular areas within this scheme that can be confusing to those seeking to access its grants. Our depth of experience, alongside our thorough knowledge of changing LCF regulations, means that we are particularly well placed to help train all those involved in LCF fundraising, as well as Trustees, Directors and other staff.

The cost of our training workshop is £100 per delegate. If you would like to find out more and/or reserve a place on any of the workshops, please download the documents below and return the completed booking form to anita.wilder@grantscape.org.uk:
