The Whitemoss Community Fund provides grants of between £5,000 and £20,000 to fund community and environmental projects located in the West Lancashire Borough Council area and that are within 5 miles of the Whitemoss landfill site in Skelmersdale (WN8 9TH). There is a single application round each year. The next closing date for our receipt of completed applications is Monday, 25 March 2013, 12 noon. Decisions will be made by the end of June 2013.
Important notes:
The Whitemoss Community Fund uses an online application process. Applications in other formats will not, therefore, be accepted

Applications received after a closing date will be automatically submitted to the next funding round, if available.
Applicants should be aware that, as the Fund only operates an annual funding round, there will be a period of around 12 months between funding decisions.
