Two Milton Keynes Grant Programme Projects Complete

At Marsh Drive Sportsground in Great Linford, GrantScape supported the Parish Council with a £7,250 grant to fund the installation of an £8,000 artificial cricket wicket. Since it was laid, matches and practice sessions have gone ahead when bad weather would otherwise have intervened - which has been particularly important this Summer! The wicket is available for use by the general public, and is regularly used by Great Linford Youth Cricket Team and by adult teams for practice sessions.

Meanwhile, at Chepstow Community Centre in Far Bletchely, a modern kitchen has now been installed with the support of a £5,000 grant from GrantScape. This has greatly enhanced the facilities provided at this well-used Community Centre by making its kitchen area more useable and versatile.
