GrantScape offers a bespoke service for landfill operators seeking a professional and innovative grant-making charity to manage and allocate their donations under the Landfill Communities Fund (LCF).
GrantScape has a proven track record, having distributed over £70 million of Landfill tax money since 1997. We have also been awarded accredited status by the LCF's regulator, ENTRUST. This means that landfill operators who work with us can be confident that our governance and control arrangements, and the systems and procedures we use when managing their donations, are of the highest standard.

GrantScape's LCF grant programmes provide the following benefits:

- Grant funding criteria agreed with the landfill operator

- Management of contributing third party (CTP) payments
- Web-based, paper-free application procedures
- Support for grant applicants and recipients throughout the process
- Long-term management of funded assets (required by ENTRUST)
It is our standard procedure to establish independent local advisory groups for each grant programme that we manage, who make recommendations on the projects to receive grants. Landfill operators are encouraged to nominate representatives to join these groups.
GrantScape offers this comprehensive service for a maximum of 10% of the Landfill Tax donations given by the landfill operator. Importantly, however, any of this 10% not required to cover our grant administration costs will be given out as grants. This is also the case for any interest accruing from the donations received.
