“The 2 application forms requested some duplicate information.”
(Action taken – application form revised and requirement for standard format project plan introduced)
“An electronic signature couldn't be attached to the application forms.”
(Action taken – online system introduced for generic grant applications in January 2007, and all grant applications required to be submitted electronically from May 2007)
