GrantScape always seeks feedback from all grant recipients on their experience and assessment of our end-to end grant-making process. This includes recipients of grants through the programmes that we manage for Caird Bardon Ltd and CWM Environmental Ltd.
We use this information to help fulfill our commitment to continuous improvement.
Feedback and assessments are collected using a standard questionnaire. In 2006, the questionnaire response rate was 67%. This fell to 59% for 2007 and increased to 60% for 2008. In 2009, we saw a dramatic increase to 90%, which is exceptional.
Taking all assessments into consideration, it is very pleasing to see that all recipients still found the end-to-end experience of GrantScape's grant process to be 'excellent' or 'good' with no applicants finding this to be 'average' or 'poor'.
