Grant Recipient Feedback 2010

Grant Recipient Feedback

GrantScape always seeks feedback from all grant recipients on their experience and assessment of our end-to end grant-making process. We use this information to help fulfill our commitment to continuous improvement.

Feedback and assessments are collected using a standard questionnaire. With the exception of a small decrease in 2007, response rates have steadily increased since we began collecting customer feedback in 2006. Response rates for 2010 were exceptional with 97% of our clients providing feedback. The response rates are illustrated below:

2011 Response Rate Chart

Taking all assessments into consideration, it is very pleasing to see that all recipients still found the end-to-end experience of GrantScape’s grant process to be ‘excellent’ or ‘good’ with no applicants finding this to be ‘average’ or ‘poor’.
